UNIUYO latest update for Basic Medical Sciences students



This is to formally inform all 300 Level students of the documentation requirements for the upcoming Industrial Training (IT) Defense. The defense will take place following the conclusion of the Students Industrial Work Experience Scheme (SIWES).



All affected students are strongly advised to begin signing and organizing their documents immediately while time is still available.



IMPORTANT NOTICE: Failure to present the required documents listed below at the point of defense will result in disqualification and an automatic carryover of SIWES.


Required Documents (Year 1 – Year 3)


  • Course Registration Forms
  • Faculty Dues Receipts
  • Faculty Association Dues Receipts
  • Departmental Dues Receipts
  • Departmental Association Dues Receipts
